Covid-Safe Paddle Log

Sign on and Declarations

All participants to Club Covid-Safe Paddle Sessions are required to log on when they participate in a paddle session. This is required for insurance and contact tracing purposes. Sign on at the start of the session, and not before (submission times are recorded!).

REMINDERS

  • no communal facilities are available (toilets, showers, sunscreen)
  • sanitise hands on arrival. Wipe your phone.
  • each participant is responsible for disinfecting all their equipment themselves before and after use.
  • each participant must obtain and store their equipment themselves – one at a time.
  • please do not swap equipment
  • maintain >1.5m social distancing
  • Polo sessions: Participants must use their pre-assigned coded equipment for the season.
