1. Event Submission Form

A tool for Club covidsafe leaders to submit paddle sessions.
Please refer to the paddle roster located in the leaders’ covid dropbox folder and check for prior submissions on the online calendar/list located on the main events page.

2. Check Registrations

A tool for leaders to access full registration information.
Sort by date (click on column heading) to group your registrations. Alternately filter according to the date or the session code in the search field below the table. Sometimes registrants get the date, session code or your email wrong – so checking both can identify these.

3. Check the Covid log / Sign in register

A tool for leaders to check participants registered successfully.
The sign in form is located by scanning the QR code located on the back of the shed door or on the desk in the shed using your phone or club tablets.

Members are alerted via club email and Facebook posts when significant updates are made. Events are often placed on the web as date placeholders, prior to full details being worked out. Online registration for events becomes available once when full details are posted, You can contact/email committee members beforehand to find out about and influence events.
