Polo is happening at the UQ pool over the semester break.
Meet at the UQ on Tuesday 6 April 2010 before 7:45 PM.
Polo games restart at the UQ pool on Tuesday evening 30 March at 7:45 PM.
This semester they will continue WEEKLY. However, this depends on numbers – so keep coming! Polo follows three weeks of Tuesday night general club pool training – don’t miss out on these training days!

A social trip down the river to the West End Markets. We’ll stop for some coffee and back to semester get-together. Open to all Saturday morning paddlers, and a chance for members to meet each other. If you aren’t able to paddle, please meet us at the markets anyway.

A basic skills session on the river – with an emphasis on sea kayaking. This includes T-rescues (ie you will get wet) in sea kayaks. Other rescues may be tried if desired.
An evening barbecue next to the river for all club members. Please come along to kick off the semester. We’ll probably end up at Second Degree (aka the Red Room) near the UQ Pizza cafe afterwards.
