The club has a display in the Great Court on Wednesday 14th February 2018 as part of the UQ orientation week’s Market Day.
The canoe club stall will be in the Great court (map) between 10AM and 2PM.
This is usually located along the cloisters of the Forgan Smith building (if you view the Great Court as a “D” shape, then our stall is located in the upper half of the straight line of the “D”) near the Merlo coffee shop at the SS&H Library. The UQ Sport stalls are arranged alphabetically (we’re between the Boxing and Cheerleading clubs).
Any prospective members, and indeed anyone with even a small interest in kayaking, are invited to come along and meet some of the current members and get a better idea about the club and what it offers.
Club members – please come along and encourage others to join the club, you are MOST welcome!! Pop in anytime to say ‘Hi’ – or stay for a bit longer (or even the whole time)!
