The 2004 AGM of the University of Queensland Canoe Club Inc will be held at 7:30am on Saturday 24 July 2004 at the Canoe Club Boat Shed.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 2004 AGM of the University of Queensland Canoe Club Inc will be held at 7:30am on Saturday 24 July 2004 at the Canoe Club Boat Shed to report the activities of the Club, approve the annual report and financial statement, to elect the Committee and Executive Officers and discuss such other items as the Committee and Members shall submit.

Resolutions for the AGM and nominations for elections should reach the Secretary by Friday 09 July 2004. New resolutions cannot be accepted after this date or during the AGM.

There are eight Committee & Executive positions to be filled:
 President (currently Tony Brennan)
 Vice President (currently vacant)
 Secretary (currently Nathan Wedding)
 Treasurer (currently Glen Davidson)
 Trips Convener (currently Nicole Nichols)
 Internet Coordinator (currently vacant)
 Equipment Officer (currently Paul Costigan)
 Canoe Polo (currently Jamie Green)
